1. Kati Basti

The waist area of the body is called Kati. Holding warm ayurvedic oils on the affected areas is called Vasti. Kati Vasti involves retention of warm thick medicated oil over the lower back or other parts of the spine for certain period.

2. Greeva Basti

In Sanskrit the word Greeva refers to neck and Basti stands for a container. So the procedure, in which warm Medicated oil is allowed to stand on back of neck as shown in the figure, is called as the Greeva Basti. This procedure is very useful in maintaining normal structure and working of neck region.

3. Janu Basti

Janu Vasti..a treatment of ayurveda...provides a simple and still very effective relief of Pain Knee especially that which is caused due to Osteo Arthritis. It relieves pain and stiffness and easens movements at the knee joint. Meanwhile it also strengthens the joint, muscles and soft tissues around, improves circulation and enables you to resume back your work and activities.

4. Uro Basti

Uro vasti is another panchkarma treatment under basti therapy that is beneficial for the treatment of heart conditions. Uro Basti is also called as ‘Hridaya Basti’. The medicated oil is retained on the chest wall which gives a positive influence on the heart chakra which in turn has a beneficial effect on the mind and gives strengthening effect to the heart muscle. This therapy nourishes, strengthens, balances heart function and rejuvenates the heart through Hridaya marma.

5. Karna Poorna(Ear Treatmet)

Ear Therapy is an Ayurvedic process of healing ear problems with herbal oils. We begin your therapy with a vibrant head and neck healing Oil Application Therapy . This is followed by a gentle nurturing warm steam to the ears.

In this therapy, the ears are lightly massages, a warm steam towel is applied and few drops of Ayurvedic oil (at room temperature) are poured into ears.
